Terms of Service
These TOS are here to protect myself and to make commission work much smoothly for me. If you do not agree with my terms of service then please avoid commissioning me. If you commission me and don't comply with these terms of service then you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
ARTWORK TERMS OF SERVICE

Before Commissioning:
- Please be sure to contact me via, Instagram, Discord or my business email for commission work.
- Do not try to bargain or lower my prices, these prices are base prices and will not go any lower than stated.
- Be sure to have a clear unshaded fullbody of the character you are wishing to commission with. If you are wanting a headshot commission then only an unshaded headshot reference is needed.
- Once you privately message me about a commission I will quote you and give you a price based on what you want. (I can also translate this into your own currency too)

Payments:
- Please be sure to send the payment via PayPal or Etsy. both etsy and paypal accept all currencies.
- If you send me the payment and it does not equal up to the original quoting, i will ask for the extra or simply refund the whole payment. (excluding paypal & etsy rates since those cannot be helped)
- If the payment takes any longer than a week after asking for the commission I will cancel the commission and potentially blacklist you from further commissions. (excluding valid excuses for this ofc!!)
- Payment plans can be made on commissions over £50 GBP.
- All payments should be made before starting the commission. Upon request, i can accept payments after sketches.

During the Commission:
- I will be sure to send progress photos and sketches regularly. If there are any changes you wanted, please be sure to speak up about them during these WIPs.
- After Lining the drawing, I will only make mild changes to it if needed. If it was a fault on my half then I will definitely make any changes needed.
- After the drawing is complete, I will again only make changes if it was a fault on my end.

- After the commission is complete and both me and the commissioner is pleased with it, I will send a PNG image via the email used to pay for the commission.
- I also allow a 30 day design change fee, if you commission me and you redesigned your character after the commission, I can change the markings and make mild changes to the commissioned piece for a charge of £5 - £10 GBP.
FURSUIT TERMS OF SERVICE

Before Commissioning:
- Please be sure to contact me via, Instagram, Discord or Telegram for this commission work.
- Do not try to bargain or lower my prices, these prices are base prices and will not go any lower than stated.
- Be sure to have a clear unshaded fullbody reference sheet of the character you are wishing to commission with.
- I will discuss different materials, bases, sizes, etc etc, to round up the price of your commission before payment.
- We will discuss postage and shipment.

Payments:
- Please be sure to send the payment via PayPal, Etsy, or Bank transfer (UK ONLY). both Etsy and PayPal accept all currencies.
- If you decide to use Etsy as the payment option, I may require additional fees due to losing a lot of money this way.
- If you send me the payment and it does not equal up to the original quoting, I will ask for the extra or simply refund the whole payment. (excluding paypal & etsy fees).
- Payment plans can be made on commissions over £500+ GBP.
- I will request a £150 non refundable deposit for material costs, the rest of the payment plan can be made in any amount any time, the product will not be given until this payment is fully paid off.
- Buyer is 100% responsible for shipping costs. If you are local to me, I am more than happy to meet up and do hand over in person.

During the Commission:
- I will be sure to send progress photos and updates regularly.
- If there are changes you want made, be sure to let me know ASAP!! If these changes are wanted after I have completed that stage, I may request additional fees to compensate my time fixing it. (EXAMPLE, if you want a different nose or ear shape after I have finished taping up the base).
- Don't be afraid to message me for updates! sometimes life can get me caught up ahah.

- I will allow a 3 month warranty on any damages that may have been caused by my making. for example any loose seams, any detached glue, etc etc.
- I will not be held responsible for accidental damage, but I will be more than happy to fix up any damages / stains at a low cost.
Please be mindful and remember these are handcrafted items.
My work will never be 100% symmetrical and perfect quality.
