Before Commissioning: 
- Please be sure to contact me via, Instagram or Discord for commission work.
- Do not attempt to bargain or lower my prices, all prices quoted are final.
- Be sure to have a clear unshaded fullbody reference of the character you are wishing to commission with. If you are wanting a headshot commission then only an unshaded headshot reference is needed. 
- Once you privately message me about a commission I will quote you and give you a price based on what you want. (I can also translate this into your own currency too)

Payments:
- Please be sure to send the payment via PayPal (international) or Bank transfer (UK only). 
- If you send me the payment and it does not equal up to the original quoting, I will ask for the additional missing payment or simply refund the whole payment. (This excludes PayPal's Fees)
- If the payment takes any longer than a week after sending payment details, I will cancel the commission.
- All payments should be made before starting the commission.
- I do not accept payment plans for artwork commissions.

During the Commission:
- I will be sure to send progress photos regularly. If there are any changes wanted, please be sure to let me know about them ASAP.
- After Lining the drawing, I will only make small changes if needed. If it was a fault on my behalf then I will make any changes needed.
- After the drawing is complete, I will only make changes if it was a fault on my end.

- After the commission is complete and both me and the commissioner is pleased with it, I will send a PNG image via the email used to pay for the commission.

refund policy:
I do not accept any refunds on my artwork commissions once payments are final. if there is a hold up on my end or I am unable to complete the commission, I will immediately offer a refund to clients.
